"Had a comfortable stay in these apartments. Comfy beds, air con, TVs in lounge and bedroom. All bedrooms at the back facing onto the pool area of another apt. block so nice and quiet. Bathroom was a good size, powerful shower, constant temperature. Sunny balcony, all facing the street, chairs, table and 2 sunbeds / parasol. Pool was warm, plenty of loungers. Good comms. from Rosamar enabling entrance if arriving after 5.00pm Would recommend and stay again... "

"I love these apartments and return 2 or 3 times a year, the apartments are well equipped, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy, the shower is powerful and the water is always hot. The pool and surrounding areas are also kept immaculately clean and has a lovely relaxed and friendly feel. "Couple in mid January Location of property is excellent. Great view from upper rooms. Clean and tidy, staff friendly. Pool area is good. Clean and tidy. Doesn't get full day of sun in mid January. May have an issue if you use bus transfer as you will have 10 minute walk from drop off and it's uphill on return trip. Would recommend the apartments as they are good value and would definitely use them again."

"The apartment is a home from home. Lots of little touches have been thought of, and are for your holiday pleasure. The balconies are exceptional, in condition and view. The apartment was very clean. Everything is present to have a lovely time. There is work still ongoing in the complex, and that might be a nuisance for some. However, the work is reaching quite an advanced state. "This is a lovely clean quiet comfortable apartment which gets the sun most of the day and you can see the sea from the balcony. The apartment contained everything you would need including free air conditioning, good WiFi and full uk to channels including sports. We enjoyed a few drinks in the Montana Tropical Centre and ate at Mario’s a few nights which was good. There is a Spar supermarket nearby too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Martin"

"Fantastic appt . All instructions from Dean , who manages the appnt , were clear and concise. The appnt exceeded our expectations, being immaculate , with beautiful linen on beds, comfy mattresses and a well equipped kitchen . We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the restaurants and bars nearby in the evening . The pool area was clean and comfortable too with great views of the beach and sea . We loved the shrubs in the communal gardens with the smell of jasmine filling...

"Great apartment overlooking the old town, harbour and the sea Had everything we needed just one thing missing was a shower mat, we were impressed by the cleaners changing bins, clean towels and fresh bedding. Great early check in and good communication with the owner. Heated Pool was lovely and clean with a friendly bar."

"A group of 4 had a stay in this lovely apartment for a long weekend to watch our friends compete in Ironman Lanzarote. Two roomy bedrooms, large living area and pool access in a quiet area. The front where all the main restaurants and bars are is only a 5 minute walk away. We were met at the apartment by the lovely Dolores and her husband. They had very kindly done a small shop for us which included a few beers, fruit and snacks. A very nice, unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here...

"Stayed for 4 nights. Only supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel each so could do with double that amount. Small table and 2 chairs outside was good. No problems with check in. Very short walk to the beach and main area. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was our second stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, clean apartment in a quiet little complex. Just perfect for us.It is 5 mins from the strip but is quiet. The bed was new from last year and very comfortable. I have given Carol 5 stars for comunication but she deserves more. She answers any questions immedately and is very helpful. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and we will be staying there again next year. Thank you Carol for allowing us to stay in your apartment our holiday...

"The house was beautiful a lovely home from home …. I had my aunty with me who uses wheelchair .we really struggled as it was uphill . We were told this but thought we could manage as there was 4 of us … it was just to much for her we did get out 1day with her and struggled ..the pool was lovely to .. we enjoyed ourself but couldn’t go with my aunt again .. Peter did tel us about the stairs and hill …"

"This upstairs apartment is on a quiet and friendly complex. It’s in a great position for walking into the main strip of Puerta del carmen with its bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction you can take a leisurely stroll to Matagorda which takes about 20 minutes. Straight in front of the complex is the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to make your holiday as perfect as it can be. Ben is the perfect host. I would recommend this apartment and my wife and I are...
