"J ai apprécié le spa avec des activités variés., une eau chaude , des jets divers , le sauna ... Le buffet du restaurant principal est très diversifié, les cuissons sont adaptées aux clients . Les soirées avec des concerts différents sont de qualité variable . La soirée flamenco nous a enchantés. "

"Stayed here for 10 nights in November 2025 and was very pleased with the hotel. Staff are very friendly, relaxed and were very helpful when we needed a few things. Rooms were spotless and very spacious - aircon was fab and kept the room cool at all times and you couldn't really hear it. The outside balcony spaces here are generous with sunbeds and a table and chairs and the overall outside spaces here are fabulous if you like to sit and spend a day by the pool - it's about a 10-15 minute walk into town along the coast and there are a few restaurants and bars close by with 2 supermarkets virtually across the road. There was everything you would want at breakfast and was probably one of the best I have tasted over the years in different hotels and it catered well for the old fry-up. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday."

"Not the best of locations in Lanzarote, and with limited parking just outside the hotel, nevertheless everything else about Aparthotel I union was excellent - the room, the meals, the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room and all amenities incredibly clean i have a commercial cleaning company in London so this is a big important factor for me. Staff are fun and friendly amenities are fun.. fitness centre is workable it is clean though and cardio machines work. The pools are amazing and breakfast is one of the beat ive had for a while"
