"From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. "Everything was as to be expected, allowed to check-in early and use the AI. Even after checking out AI facilities available until 6pm. Main restaurant is being refurbished but did not affect our stay. Hotel was nice and quiet."

"Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it. "
