Couple of roads back from the strip but just 5 mins flat walk. Good check-in, keyless door entry to room via mobile. Room has aircon in bedroom and comfy beds. Nice decor and balcony. Great cafe on site, plenty of clean and new sun loungers. Would stay again

The property was very close to the beach and kept quite clean.The beds were not very comfortable and i had to ask for clean towels on day 3 and toilet roll and the shoer cream was empty.The pool area was very clean and Nicola who ran the restaurant was so good to everyone and really friendly and accommodating.

2nd fabulous visit.

Lovely apartment in great location. Very clean. Air conditioning in bedroom. All staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and onsite cafe bar that's open Wednesday to Sunday, reasonable prices for food and drink. Really lovely Scottish lady running the cafe bar. Doar supermarket at the end of the road. Short walk to the strip. Lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely return

We stayed in the Villa, which is slightly detached from the main Apartment Complex. Very modern, clean and well equipped, with daily cleaning and towel replenishment. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen, and a decent sized Supermarket and restaurant/bar only meters away.

A really fantastic set of apartments! This accommodation has everything you need and more, the staff are fantastic, the rooms have been refurbished and are clean and maintained to a high standard. Absolutely no issues with sun loungers and a lovely pool area with cafe which serves really good food and drink. The communication with the property was easy and fast, and the check in/check out as easy and stress free. The location was fantastic, a small supermarket just across the road, with everything you could possibly think of and a 5 minute walk from the main strip! Thank you so much guys for a wonderful short break.

Jutta at reception was very helpful. We had a couple of maintenance problems and they were dealt with immediately. Jutta gets things done! Also had a couple of problems with the cleaner and Jutta corrected it imeediately. We would definitely return.

Great Base for Exploring Lanzarote

Had a comfortable stay in these apartments. Comfy beds, air con, TVs in lounge and bedroom. All bedrooms at the back facing onto the pool area of another apt. block so nice and quiet. Bathroom was a good size, powerful shower, constant temperature. Sunny balcony, all facing the street, chairs, table and 2 sunbeds / parasol. Pool was warm, plenty of loungers. Good comms. from Rosamar enabling entrance if arriving after 5.00pm Would recommend and stay again...

Would I stay again…absolutely! 😊

Apartment looks exactly as it appears in photos. Great furnishings. TV in bedroom too ! Bed was a little too firm for me, but they offered a blanket to use as a bit of a topper under the sheet. Great shower pressure, with lots of hot water. Pool slightly smaller than I thought, but lovely area to spend your day on comfy sun loungers and hot tub. Building older than I imagined it would be, but well maintained. Balcony doors stuck a bit, but maintenance man came straight away and changed the locking mechanism. Great laundry facility and courtesy room. Small cafe onsite very friendly and good food.

Very good apartments

Great apartments and brillant location, less than 5 minutes from the strip and about 2 minutes walk to the spar. Arrived with a large cold bottle of water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Had everything you need, kettle, toaster, oven, hob etc. Cleaners in every day for 9 nights providing what was needed, towels, made the beds, toilet rolls! Pool was great also, no fighting over sunbeds, very quiet and peaceful and will definitely return. Had WhatsApps on instructions of how to enter and check in/out details. Over all very good and will go back here. 10/10 for me, couldn't fault it

Had a really lovely 2 nights stay at these apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and modern. Lovely balcony which we enjoyed breakfast on in the mornings. Comfortable beds and aircon in bedroom. Nice pool area and small poolside bar. The apartments themselves are in a great location, quiet but easy walking distance to the main strip. Handy to have the spar shop across the road. Wouldn't hesitate to book again in future.
