Recently renovated, but some issues!
Recently renovated, so apartment was in great condition. Very central. Beside a spar shop. However, during our stay we had no hot water. Had to resort to boiling kettles to wash. They promised compensation, this happened in December and here we are nearly the end of February and still nothing. Unlikely to return or recommend

Rosamar accommodation
The apartment was a good sized 1 bedroom with good sized front room/kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The receptionists were very welcoming and our room was ready when we arrived at 12pm. The overall cleanliness was 100% in the apartment and around the complex. The was a spar supermarket 2mins walk away with 3 local bars also 2mins walk. The main Puerto del Carmen strip was only 4mins walk away with lots and lots of bars and restaurants. All round we had a great holiday at Rosamar Puerto del Carmen.

We wasn’t informed that there were maintenance work taking place for the whole week of our stay. The pool area was cordoned off at different sections each day & restricted walking around the pool with workmen drilling & hammering from 8am every day. We wasn’t informed that the bar area had also been closed down as this was open last year.

Stayed at these apartments last year was lovely nice rooms so booked again this year same again apartment lovely and clean excellent location but having work done (new paving) around the rooms and around the pool area very noisy with digging and banging areas taped up looking like a building site that you cannot use. upset because no email to say this was happening all week

The property has been renovated since last time we stayed. Whilst it mite not be 5 star accommodation, it is clean, modern and bright, it is adequate for the needs of most people. The location is good.
