"Had a great time here. Staff were fab, Hannah and Eva in particular were lovely! Food was very good and tonnes of choice (we were all inclusive). Very nice and secluded beach nearby that takes a little bravery to swim but worth it. The royal level felt much more intimate and way less kids than the main facilities."

"The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly."

"The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. "Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient Could be improved: Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar"
