Good location in a cosy aparthotel

Enjoyed the liston, slightly away from the main centre of puerto del carmdn. Apartment was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Very useful for a longer stay. Hours of communication with reception for check in are slightly limited, however.

Had a lovely stay last week. We had the apartment on the top floor, the view over the harbour is stunning! The agua marina building was cleaned every day as well as housekeeping in the rooms. It is a very short walk to the harbour and also about 20 minutes from the main strip of restaurants and shops in the busy part of puerto del carmen. It was my first time in lanzarote and I would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Views are fab, great location. Quiet complex, always space by pool and loads of sunbeds. Had brilliant very private balcony overlooking the harbour. downside - fans and not aircon. Could do with a luggage room / shower facilities for those with late departure who cant extend their stay. Been here twice and will go again

2nd time I've stayed at Agua Marina Apartments and would not hesitate to go back, the apartments are a great walk from the strip in a quieter part of Old Town, only downside was on the first day we both had a shower one after the other and the second shower was cold, spoke to reception and they said this happens sometimes so we then waited a bit between showers and all was fine, apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, as I said, I would not hesitate to go back, cracking digs in a lovely part of town.

Lived up to our expectations - a nice south facing balcony with a view over the marina. Comfortable and suited our needs. A bit non-plussed when we arrived at 16.30 and found no reception open. However, phoned the number on the door and we were given the code to acquire our keys - could have been emailed in advance. This became a useful means of contact as we sadly left one evening leaving our keys behind (the doors are self locking) - on returning at 2100, phoned and we were let back in shortly afterwards - the help was very much appreciated.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute getaway and we couldn’t have been happier with the Apartment. Well equipped, perfectly located (just outside the marina but with a short walk to bars/restaurants), nice quiet pool. Room was ready when we arrived (which was about 4 hours before check in time) and we could check out late too. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice place. Got room 103 so view was a walk, youd want 200s or 300s for a view. Quiet area so stock up on essentials for the evening but overall wasnt too bad. Hotelbstaff are lovley.

Lovely quiet place

A fantastic week away Agua marina Apartments. We booked last minute so was not sure what to expect but found the place very quiet with great views over the Marina. Cleaners came in every day except Saturday and always asked us if they could clean the room, the pool area was cleaned each day as well. We will definitely re-book again.
