"Great location. Pleasant walk to downtown. View was lovely at sunset. There are some small sandy spots nearby. Dive Friends shop was 3 houses down which was great, though it’s a 1 way road so you have to do drive a down then back up to get your truck to it. AC worked well in all rooms and there’s separate AC in the common area. Kitchen was well stocked with both pots/utensils and basic spices and oils. "

"We rented a car at the airport so getting to the property was very easy. Pierre, the property manager was waiting there to give us the keys and show us around. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation this place would not be for you. There's a daycare next door so you have a screaming kids at 7:00 in the morning, The Roosters waking you up at 4:30 and the barking dogs. The house itself is pretty well maintained and clean enough. The beds were comfortable the pillows were not. I stayed for two and a half weeks and was only given one set of linen for each of the bedrooms . The Linens could use an upgrade. We had to buy all our own toilet paper, paper towel , dish soap, hand soap , dish rags , dishcloths basically anything to run a household is not supplied. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. They have a charcoal barbecue I was expecting gas that was an inconvenience to us. The furniture and chairs could use a good cleaning the cushions are very dirty. The house was very hot so we had to leave all the doors and windows open to get ventilation. By doing this we were overtaken by mosquitoes which were very annoying as there were no screens on the windows. The bedrooms had air conditioning and fans which were a blessing. I think the biggest disappointment for us was the pool. It's a beautiful pool but we could not swim in it. There is a family of iguanas living under the pool and they defecated in it daily. "

"The air conditioning works great. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms have fridge with freezer. Towel rack outside can fit snorkelling and rash gear for 2 people. Dishes and cutlery are in room for your use (open cupboard doors to find them). Pool was great, though we only used it once because we were snorkelling most of the time. Owners can guide you so ask them your questions if you don't know Bonaire."

"Djambo is on the border btw a residential and, what they call, industrial area (mostly car mechanics, car rentals and what’s important: dive shops and supermarkets). You can walk to AB Dive, supermarkets and the town. You can walk to a beach near Sebastian’s restaurant. The hotel has such a great vibe, rooms with big terraces are wonderful, kitchens are equipped with everything you may need (including Nespresso coffee machine) and the pool is so so nice on hot days, which is every day :) Two lady hosts are awesome. Bring your soap, shampoo and conditioner. All in all, we loved it, the hotel, the island, diving and snorkeling. What an amazing place. "
