"The check-in was kinda troublesome because i did not get the code for me to check in. they said they have sent it. when we arrived at the area, there was no internet. However, even if it was difficult to get the code, you can reach the host easily via call. and able to accommodate us with the codes and all. Overall, it was a nice and clean place. Everything is available in the room. Will definitely recommend this place!"

But most importantly, the concierge team with Dani leading the charge made our stay even that much better with excellent planning and execution of our daily activities. Everything was very well maintained, and the host guidebook was very helpful in explaining how to use the electronics, appliances, and other features in the house, which made our stay especially comfortable.The concierge team was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed—from directions and restaurant recommendations to reservations, transportation, shopping, referrals, and general questions about the area. No matter what we asked, they responded very quickly and always made things easy for us.We also arranged for someone to come in and help prepare breakfast, which was such a wonderful addition to our stay. The entire house staff was kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful.The combination of the beautiful property, wonderful staff, and excellent concierge service made our time in Tamarindo truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend both this property and the area to anyone planning a trip to Costa Rica. We would happily stay here again!"
