"We had an ocean view room with King bed. The view was amazing of the Caribbean Sea. The marble floor bathroom (incl shower) were beautiful. The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. The staff was amazing - Excellent customer service. through their service, they let you know that you are a priority. The pool is elevated 4 stories or so, so it overlooks rhe Caribbean Sea and beach. The breakfast buffet was great each morning. 8 - 9 fruit options daily, and different fruits each day. 7 ootions of food, plus 8 different pastries each day. The location is on the beach and is in the urban center with plenty of outside lunch and dinner options can you can also eat lunch or dinner there at the restaurant for cost. Evangelina and Diego are amazing during breakfast. Only 2.5 miles from the Walled City and several attractions or attraction pick up spots"

"Staff, room, service, internet service, and location were all excellent. Everything was maintained in spotlessly clean condition. The service felt genuine and personal. The area felt very secure, with no overly intrusive security presence. I could not be happier with my selection of places to stay. I would have liked 24-hour room service, but it was a minor inconvenience, as good food and drinks from street vendors were always available and only a 4-minute walk from the hotel. "

"Deberían tener la máquina de capuchino desde la 7 am disponible. Muy difícil hacer la reservación en el restaurante Don Pedro. Personal amigable en el área de restaurante y comida (bebidas) piscina relativamente pequeña y siempre llena. Siento que las reservaciones para la cena no es fácil ya que debes estar a la 7 am y se llena muy rápido deberían tener ambos restaurantes abiertos a la misma hora y mejorar las reservas Internet se cae mucho"
