"Excellent location! Very close to Iglesia del Carmen Church. Very close to El Rey supermarket and Riba Smith supermarket. Very helpful employees. They readily make change of 10 or 20 dollar bills. Taxis are readily available outside along Via España street. Very good and reasonably priced on-site restaurant "

"New building with wonderful amenities. The unit was nicely furnished, clean, and had wonderful ocean views. At the time it lacked window shades, which made for intense early morning light, but after speaking with the manager they agreed to install them for future guests. "
"Really nice! I was a bit worried after reading a few bad reviews, but this exceeded expectations! We said in 28B, it was absolutely gorgeous, the views took our breath away. We ordered Uber Eats, got it in minutes. Safe property and slept well in AC rooms. Definitely a good option!"
"No bed spread in 2nd bedroom. Only one key fob, we were 2 guests. They told us to contact you for 2nd fob and you never responded to the messages from us or from VRBO. A small coffee maker would be nice and newer towels. Overall the place was good the front desk guy was amazing. Clean up your communication and add a few amenities and it's great place to stay."
