"The cabin was nothing short of beautiful. The only thing I had an issue with is the iron in the water. However, that was pretty much taken care of with the water dispenser. The starts were gorgeous, the wild life spectacular, the bed comfortable, and the host amazing. She even texted us when she found out the Aurora was out."

"The cabin location was perfect for us with a great Northern Lights viewing area nearby. Nancy was a great host and very knowledgeable about the Fairbanks area.A great communicator, easily available. Would stay there again!"
Aurora Villa

"Overall the villa was quite nice! I didn’t love the drive up there since it wasn’t entirely paved and we had a trailer with us, but it was doable and worth it for me. The rooms were a little warmer than my liking but everything was well decorated and nicely cleaned. The walls are a little thin, but there weren’t too many guests when we stayed so it wasn’t an issue for us. The windows in both the room and the lobby were huge and perfect for viewing the scenery. Breakfast was fine and was what was advertised to us. I liked the do it yourself set up. I enjoyed this place and would definitely come back if I had the chance. My only caveat is that I wished there was an actual staff person at the villa for check in and questions. Seemed kinda sketchy to just be sending my card info to a random email/number."

"Laura was very available for any questions I had and to give me information regarding our stay. She sent me links for things to do after she learned why we were there and what we wanted to see. She acted as my VRBO travel agent which was much appreciated! The home is quaint and the decor is Alaskan eclectic. It’s was fun to just look at what they have gathered. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Overall? It was a nice calm getaway at a great house. The house is tucked away from town and business and allowed us to just sit and take in nature. I would go back again, it’s just a nice, peaceful place."
