"This place was clean. No carpet!! Yay. The unit had a small kitchen- perfect. Staff are friendly, breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage, the usual waffles and bread. We had a fire alarm go off the night before. Kids pulled the alarm but it was ear piercing loud! Luckily it was before we went to bed. The only problem was the bed being too soft for my back but I lived."

"Front desk would not print receipt. Said 3 party booking Would email. Ever other desk agent would print requested receipt. Idk"

"Dirty outside and inside the room, everything inside the rooms is old they need an upgrade, lady in the front was very kind no complaints about that but the hotel needs an upgrade because everything is old and dirty."

"BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. She stated yes and that she put out her cigarette when she saw us pull in. She is constantly smoking. The only reason that it wasnt too much of an issue is because besides the lobby, the building is open air. The dolly carts all have flat tires, her response was she already knew. They aren’t doing anything about that either. Other than stated above, the ease of coming in and out was nice, no issue with noise and staff was approachable. "
