"Das Zimmer-wie gebucht- war traumhaft! Allerdings lief der Check-In überhaupt nicht gut. Den Schlüssel erhält man nicht mehr an der Rezeption (diese wurde eingespart), sondern über einen Schlüsselkasten, den man mit einem Code öffnen kann. An sich eine gute Sache, sofern man den Code zugeschickt bekommt. Zwei mal haben wir das Hotel angeschrieben, jedoch keine Antwort bekommen. Erst als ich mich an Expedia gewandt habe, erhielten wir den Code per E-Mail. Das war zwei Stunden vor unserer Ankunft....

"The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful."

"Ansich ein schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Schöne Dachterrasse aber leider nicht zu Ende gedacht. Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert wenn man auf einige Sachen hinweg schauen kann. Punkt 1: Leider ist das Thema Frühstück welches nur von 8 bis 10 Uhr angesetzt ist ein minus Punkt. Frühstücksraum zu klein , laut , auch bisschen schmutzig.
