Hotel was modern and clean - helpful staff and easily walkable to the old town, the river and the Reeperbahn. The area was quiet with a shop and bakery on the corner. Swimming pool a nice addition. The hotel was very good and good value - would stay again

"hotel was convenient to family we were visiting. easy access to bus station into the town and shops by the lake rooms were clean but not great / towels were not always replaced. shower in tub was a little slippery and no handle to hold on the wall/ nice view of the lake from balcony"
