Wonderful house for large family holiday

We had a wonderful stay and we were very impressed by the house. We thought there may be a third bathroom but with 4 toilets and 1 shower and 1 bath with a shower head We had enough facilities for a family of 9. The pool was fantastic for the children and we had such good weather we used table tennis table every day. The views were beautiful and its very quiet. The house was very well equipped. We had everything we needed for cooking. Beds comfy. Thank you we had a great time. Owners very good at being in touch when you email.

Fantastic pool

The Villa was spacious and well equipped. The pool room was great and is better than it looks in the photos. There is a nice garden and the first floor deck has a view of the sea and is a pleasant place to spend the evening. Plougrescant is walkable and has a good grocery store. There was enough to do during our 1 week stay (Amoripark is worth a visit) but the pool is the real attraction for this house. We found the villa a bit impractical for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) because there is only 1 shower (located in an ensuite shower room to the ground floor bedroom) and a hand held attachment on the bath. The three toilets are in separate rooms (there isn’t one in the ensuite and 2 are just a toilet without a basin). There are also no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms and 1 of the bedrooms doesn’t have any storage at all. The ‘optional’ cleaning fee isn’t actually optional and we were surprised to be told we had to pay it.

Séjour parfait

La maison est agréable et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce : spacieuse, lumineuse, au calme et très bien équipée - rien ne manque. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les jeux extérieurs, les adultes l'espace aquatique ainsi que la terrasse qui donne une très belle vue Mer. Très belle propriété

Très belle propriété très bien située. Le logement est parfaitement fonctionnel, la piscine a été vraiment très appréciée. Nos enfants ont pu pleinement profiter de la maison et de l'extérieur, tout était bien adapté. Les propriétaires se sont montrés aussi très arrangeants sur l'horaire et ont répondu à nos besoins très rapidement quand c'était nécessaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Belle villa avec vue mer

Bonjour, Je tenais à vous remercier pour notre séjour dans la villa que nous avons louée avec un groupe d’amis. La villa était idéalement située, à proximité de l'île de Bréhat, de Perros-Guirec, de Paimpol, et du GR 34, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région. L'accueil a été excellent et les prestations de la villa ont été très bien expliquées, que ce soit pour le jacuzzi, la piscine, le flipper, et autres. 2eme séjour à la villa. Très bonne communication, très bon accueil , séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa avec tout le nécessaire pour s’amuser et s’y sentir bien peu importe la météo du moment.

Un bel endroit

La villa est idéale pour accueillir un groupe de personnes. Avec une piscine assez grande pour tout le monde, le jacuzzi et le sauna, la détente est assurée. Sans oublier la salle de jeux qui est attenante au séjour. La vue sur mer et les iles est superbe (surtout depuis les chambres de l'étage et la terrasse).

Villa très confortable, spacieuse et lumineuse et très bien équipée pour le divertissement (piscine, jacuzzi et jeux intérieurs). Endroit très calme et idéal pour se ressourcer. Les crêpes offertes à notre arrivée étaient délicieuses.

Un bébé, des grands, des plus âgés, tous nous y avons passé un très bon moment De très belle randonnées, un cadre paisible Jeux de société Tournois de flipper, de fléchettes au son du juke-box Et que dire du jardin remplis de nombreuses variétés fleuries Ce serait oublier la grande piscine, le sauna et le jacuzzi Bref nous n’avons pas arrêté de passer de très bons moments Merci à Eric et son épouse des gens qui tiennent la route

Super semaine en famille nous étions 10 villa spacieuse et tellement d'activités entre l'espace piscine et les parties de baby-foot de flipper, fléchettes détente assurée!! Parfait pour une semaine entre amis

Villa très bien équipée avec une vue wahou! Nous avons adoré le flipper "Game of Thrones" qui a challengé toute la maison pendant le séjour. L'espace aquatique est parfait, les enfants y ont passé de nombreuses heures sans avoir froid, les parents peuvent se détendre sur les nombreux transats pour se reposer ou lire au chaud, certains préféreront le sauna ou le spa. L'emplacement est parfait, au départ de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et de la mer. L'île de Bréhat n'est pas loin du plus. Le propriétaire est très gentil, nous avons apprécié ses petites attentions (mention pour ses crêpes délicieuses !). Nous recommandons.
