The room was lovely and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Greek dishes at breakfast were very nice.

Expedia luxury Private Transfer didn’t arrive so we were left stranded in a Greek airport. The telephone number on the voucher was Netherlands and no answer ! Very poor but hotel was excellent

Beautiful hotel, peaceful and with the most amazing staff. Marilee the hotel manager goes above and beyond for her guests. Every single staff member always has a smile on their face. Hotel is only a 7 minutes ride from the airport and there are always taxis available to take you anywhere. There is a small shop in front of the hotel to get snacks and drinks. The hotel thought of all small details to make the stay comfortable and amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Zakynthos.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly. It was blowing out hot air. I asked for it to be looked at, but my request was ignored.
