6/10 Okay

"The room rate was affordable so you get what you pay for. The rooms are dated and in need of a complete refurbishing. The room had a musty odor as soon as you walked in. There is ample parking and All the rooms face a parking lot so there are no views at all. It is a good 20 minute walk to town and not all of the streets have sidewalks."

"I made the reservation just to have somewhere to sleep with my family for one night. When we arrived at the room at around 10pm, we heard low music playing from one of the nearby rooms. As the time progressed, the music kept getting louder, to the point where it was vibrating through the walls. There was also loud chatter and doors slamming. Some sort of party going on. At around 1:40am, instead of coming to see where the commotion was coming from, we received a phone call as we were trying to sleep through the noise, from the front desk assuming it was coming from our room. They stated that they received a noise complaint and we let them know that it was not coming from our room. It was not until about 3-3:30am, when someone from the office finally went and shut down the party. We had a terrible night and barely slept since we had to be up early the next morning to continue our long drive. When we checked out, they didn't offer any type of full or partial refund, even though they stated they received multiple complaints. Other than that, the room was clean and reasonable for a short stay."

"This hotel was very dreary. The aesthetic was all grey. I had never seen so many different shades of grey until this hotel. The beds were not comfortable and felt very springy. The bathroom door did not have a lock on it and there was quite a big drop when getting out of the shower. They have valet only parking. I personally did not like this aspect of the hotel, however, the hotel is located in a beautiful spot around all the shops and cafes. It was a great location but the hotel itself wasn’t the best. They did have some good options for the breakfast buffet, however, I would not book there again."

"Pros: the water was hot, the room was clean and the room door was secure. Cons: There were “residents” loitering in the lobby every time we went through except at 0730 in the morning . At 11 at night people were smoking marijuana just outside the lobby with the odor making its way inside. There are derelict pickup trucks in a corner of the parking lot with people living in them. Trash and belongings beside them. There was also an occupied trailer behind the hotel. No WiFi. Pool was closed. I have no problem with hotels earning income with the practice of lodging the unhoused but this should have been clearly communicated to customers coming from distance and the common areas should not be gathering places."

"We stayed 2 nights and the hot water wasn't working each time we went to use it on all three days we were there. Each day we reported it and it was fixed until the next day we went to us it and it wasn't hot. My cousin had the room next to us same thing. We were on the second floor and the people above were so noisy all day and night long . The hotel relocated my cousin after 1 night but I didn't want to go thru the move but should have. The night before we left I went to take a shower... Cold again. To make things worse when we were leaving in the morning the elevator was out of order. Can't make this up. Forgot to mention we were planing on eating at the restaurant Friday evening and when going to diner it was closed!"
