"We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. We did several hikes, using the house as a "base camp" and it worked out perfect. We drove south once to the Grandview Overlook, which was about 45 minutes, and are glad we didn't choose to stay down there! Communication with the host was wonderful; they were always responsive and helpful with all our questions. We loved the hot tub as that was always a great way to start the day.Overall, we had a great stay! Thank you for letting us come!"
