"The hotel lobby and staff and restaurants were wonderful. Where this hotel totally neglects is in the cleanliness. It is an old hotel our rooms furnishings were newer but the room was very dirty and so was the bedding and the bathroom. Our friends next door furniture were old and the chairs were disgusting dirty. "

"Older hotel in a great area. Clean and well maintained. Walkable area near great restaurants and stores. Parks and marina right across the street. About 20 minutes to either the airport or cruise terminal. "

"No elevator very old building room was very clean for older building think bed and breakfast type of building. Target nearby for snacks"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you."

"Unfortunately on Sunday after being out for about 5/6 hours we came back to our room at 5pm to find it had not been serviced. It was a very busy weekend due to events in the area, the focus seemed to be on cleaning room for incoming guests not the current guest. We were not impressed."

"The rating overall was Excellent! The staff in the bar was sub par! About 12 people in bar and 3 people working. After waiting 20 minutes for service we left very frustrated. We went up to bar and bar tender brushed us aside saying someone would come. She did but was extremely rude"
