Renovated Bungalo Village Cottage on Crystal-Clear Newfound Lake

We welcome you to The Knoll Inn³, a front-row cottage at Newfound Sands (formerly known as Bungalo Village). Wake to the sound of loons on the water and watch the fog lift from the lake as you sip coffee on the front porch. Then grab a beach chair and head to Cummings Beach just steps from the cottage to enjoy some fun in the sun. In the evening, head out to enjoy a sunset meal at the Ledge Water Steak House or head on over to the Homestead for classic New England fare.

The cabin has many modern updates including a galley kitchen with apartment-sized oven and refrigerator, sliding vinyl windows, electric fireplace and a tiled shower. The cottage comes equipped with a queen bed and folding futon, as well as a HD TV with Netflix (there is no cable TV).

This is a traditional "housekeeping cottage", where guests **provide their own linens & paper products** including all blankets, towels, pillows, paper products, and soaps. There is a fabulous local market (Shacketts) a half mile walk or drive along the lake that offers all essentials as well as meat and seafood for the grill, beer & wine, and locally-famous homemade donuts (fresh and warm at 8 am each morning--yum!) during the summer season.

Due to condo restrictions, there is no boat/utility trailer parking and no tents/pop-up canopies permitted on property. The cabin is equipped with a fan and typically gets a beautiful breeze off the water on warm summer days, but may be unseasonably warm during a serious heat wave. Condo restrictions prevent us from having air conditioning units in the property.
