The staff are incredibly accommodating, genuinely welcoming, and speak excellent English, making every interaction effortless and pleasant. Our room in the Executive Tower was in excellent condition and our city view was amazing. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that truly lives up to the VIP Access expectations. From the outstanding service to the fantastic location, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
