Even before arriving at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had booked did not include access to the swimming pool. I have to say that the advertising was misleading, and the fact that the hotel sends this email in advance suggests they are aware of the issue. Although it was stated in the fine print after selecting the room that pool access was not included, the layout is very confusing. Hotel rooms, rooms with pool access, and rooms without pool access are all mixed together, making it very difficult to notice the difference when booking. This felt misleading and was very disappointing. Overall, however, the place is lovely. There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful!

My time here was great as a solo traveler, it was a really calming end to my trip. Everything was great from the check in to check out, food is absolutely amazing. It is easy to spend way too much money here but you get what you pay for.

I just got back from a lovely 5 day stay at this hotel. The lady who checked us in, was so kind. All staff at this hotel take pride in their jobs and genuinely care. When arriving back from a day trip, you are greeted with "welcome back". Breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Hotel is modern and clean. A firmer pillow was quickly provided upon request. Top tip: taxis require cash. The hotel staff will book you a taxi, however when you arrive at the airport, the taxi drivers will rip you off. I would advise booking ahead. We were charged nearly 3x more than our journey home. 100% recommend this hotel. It is slightly further out, however most restaurants on the bay provide boat pick up service.
