As a solo traveller I stayed one night so didn’t experience any facilities. Staff were great, room lovely, clean with comfy bed. I had an issue with ordering room service, which was frustrating. Had to go through an app but when doing that it wouldn’t take my order. Then couldn’t find the number to call reception so had to physically walk down. The staff didn’t know why the app not working so they phoned order through. Food was great. Other issue was my tv remote not working. Too tired to ask staff to sort. Loved the grand elegance of the hotel.

"Staff are great and very kind. The food are fresh and high quality. There are 2 water park and you can use them all the day. In addition the hotel has a separate outdoor and indoor swimming pools with hot top. You can smoke and drink outside and staff are very nice and flexible. The location is great ..."
