Poggio Alla Croce Holidays

We booked a quadruple room for 2 nights. When we arrived the young girl at the front desk checked us in and handed us the key. She didn't seem to speak any language, Italian or English! When we got to the room it had ONE bed! When we got back to the reception a guy told us that the shower is broken in the quadruple room and they are giving us the single room and another one for 3 people. Long story short we ended up separated into 2 rooms.... the windows were barely closing, shower was the smallest I have seen and the closet door is rubbing off the floor. The only good thing about the rooms was the location.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable however windows weren't soundproof. Location is fantastic. Fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay including once in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very basic.

Agradable estancia. Excelente servicio. La habitación la mantenían siempre limpia. Todo queda cerca del área. Muy recomendable

This property is stunning. Our room was comfortable, clean, and exquisitely designed. Our only complaint is that there is not food available midday. They have a room service menu, but they don’t actually have the items available outside of dinner time (even though the menu says otherwise). It was only an issue when we first arrived very tired, as there are plenty of food options close to the hotel.

Fabulous hotel with friendly and helpful staff - very kind and helped to make dinner recommendations and reservations. Beautiful rooms - very unique and well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Great location - walkable to everything. Excellent rooftop bar with amazing views. Highly recommend!!!
