"This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home. She had lots of recommendations of things to do in the area and made sure we had vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. "The hotel is overall good, some staff was not very on top of things, keep asking the same questions, assigning wrong rooms. The breakfast was just OK. Restaurant food was not very good. Overall the rooms are clean, well equipped and maintained, air condition is very good during summer, rooms are a little small. The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the bus stop and elevators."

Additionally staff were helpful w/ bus tickets and information. "Old town" is quite a ways up the hill and worth every step. Pleasant gardens are also nearby."

"Beautiful property very well managed. Communication was easy. We had a masseuse which was very good along with a private chef Walter who was very charming and cooked excellent food. The air con is very good and lots of different shaded areas outside meant the heat was not a problem. Hot tub was great additional feature. Highly recommend and hope we can go back again sometime."
