The AC was messed regardless of two technicians’ visit. The temperature would not go below 25C even though it was set to 20C for over 24hrs. The shower can use some deep cleaning. The edges seal are black with dirt and black mold ( always the case on all of my visits)
The pools are dirty. They all have very large decay ( tiles that came off). The grouts are disgustingly moldy. The pool’s condition was the most chocking part of my visit. There has been an improvement on the staff client service skills.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time there.
The only area for improvement would be the check-in process and communication, which could have been smoother and more responsive.
Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place overall!
Everything was great including the staff, our room, the pool, the food...Everything!
The staff was very friendly and attentive Mr. Oumar and his staff were the best!
My only suggestion for the restaurant staff is to make sure that all customers receive the same type of customer service no matter what they look like.
