"This is an older hotel but it’s still well maintained, I had my daughter and 2 grandsons stay with me and it suited our needs. Kids loved the spa. Room was clean, maybe under the couch needs checking as we moved it and swept up what was under it. The grounds were exceptionally clean. The communal clothes line was a great idea. Single bed was uncomfortable but the Queen seems better"

It was a shame the ground floor air conditioning was unavailable for use as it would have come in handy for the 45 degree day, otherwise the house stayed cool enough with lovely coastal breezes."
