"We enjoyed our room accommodations The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. They used to offer a complementary full hot breakfast at the Inn at the Tides. Now continental breakfast sit down style. It included a banana nut muffin, croissant, granola with milk, fruit, and choice of coffee, tea, or juice. Alternatively, you can get a hot breakfast off the regular menu at 25% off."

"We recently stayed for three nights at the Surf Lodge in Stinson Beach, splitting our family between Suite #2 (with the kitchenette) and Room #3, and had a wonderful stay. The office staff were incredibly welcoming, and the property has a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The cabins are charming, with beautiful private courtyards that feel like your own little retreat. Highlights: * Beach towels, chairs, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. * Exceptionally comfortable mattresses. * Blackout shades (bottom-up shades would provide even more daytime privacy). * The communal dining table and fire pit. * Suite #2’s kitchenette was perfect for our family’s food allergies, with a two-burner cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, Nespresso machine, cookware, dishes, and utensils. * Great-tasting drinking water from the kitchen faucet. Although there is no A/C, the windows and ceiling fan kept the room comfortable. Suggestions: * Add a serving tray, melamine dishes, an electric tea kettle, and kitchen scissors. * Increase storage. There were only four hangers, no drawers, and much of the closet was used for supplies. * Add wall hooks near the entry. * A filtered water and ice station would be appreciated for guests without kitchenettes. Helpful items to bring: * Paper towels, Ziplock bags, disinfecting wipes, butter/oil, and extra spices (salt and pepper are provided). * A white-noise fan, as the cottages are on the main road next to the fire department. * Wetsuits"

"Rented this home for a girls trip, with 8 ladies. Plenty of space, sleeping arrangements were perfect, beds were comfortable, well equipped with everything you’d need. Stairs were challenging but we were given the heads up beforehand. The pillows were very flat so you may want to bring your own. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs."
