"I wasn’t aware there wasn’t daily housekeeping, we were there 3 days and nobody ever came. The first day when we got there I needed to iron some clothes and the iron was broken, I took it to the lobby and they said a new one would come and it never did. The staff at the desk have inappropriate conversations with each other and treat guests as an annoyance. One specific example was on Monday night where a staff member and what appeared to be a partner of hers got into an argument and she proceeded to say she needs to take a break and left 3 of us guests in the lobby who were there to get assistance with various issues. The location is probably the only thing keeping this hotel in business - you can walk to the ballpark right across the street. That part was great. Everything else was not up to par."
