"It was absolutely wonderful."

"We travel very frequently. I never leave negative reviews unless it’s intolerable conditions. I would highly suggest this property be avoided!! The HVAC obviously was not operating properly. Our room was so humid the floor was wet, the countertops wet and clothing damp. We had to keep the temp set at 67 degrees to keep the humidity level at even a tolerable condition. Then it was very uncomfortable. The maintenance guy sent up was not experienced and had no idea how to resolve the issue. Communication was difficult as he spoke no English nor did cleaning staff. We couldn’t use our balcony due to marijuana smoke from other guests on balconies. The property clearly stated no smoking on property. When we requested to the front desk staff to resolve issue the blonde haired front desk clerk snapped at me stating she did not know who was smoking and refused to assist. She was extremely rude. The breakfast was fair at best but closed at 9am. Multiple guests complained about the early closing time. I had high hopes for this property due to beach location but it’s in need of AC replacement. Also tub/shower very slippery. We had to request a mat as we both almost fell in the tub. Avoid this property. I give it a one star at best "

"Room looked clean, but when I spilled my drink in the tiled entrance to the room, I found that the floor wasn't very clean. The towel I used to wipe it up was very dirty, and it was not my clear drink! Make sure you wear thongs or have slippers. Otherwise, my stay was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room looked clean, but opened the closet and you could see dirt on the floor. Good water pressure as well. The main halls had a funny smell kinda smelt like they used a dirty shampooer on the floors. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better, only protein was eggs. Waffles were good and good coffee. Kids enjoyed the pool and there was lots of parking."
