Second Fairway is ideally suited to 2 families or up to 4 couples or individuals, while still providing essential privacy and personal space for all guests. * 3 King bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of those with ensuite bathrooms and 1 adjacent to the main bathroom * 4th bedroom is upstairs, can be a King or 4 singles, has its own en suite bathroom. * Bathrooms feature big fluffy towels, hairdryers and guest soaps * Comfortable beds feature hotel-quality white linen, feathery doonas and fluffy pillows
The Vintage resort facilities This 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course has been ranked among the best golf courses in Australia. It is the only Greg Norman-designed golf course in NSW that is accessible to the public. Second Fairway at the Vintage is ideally located on the righthand dogleg of the Par 4 2nd hole, with an open vista from the tee to the green, and just a stroll from all the golfing and recreational facilities The Vintage has to offer, including a 25m lap pool, children’s wading pool and generous hot tub. Nearby are the 2 championship tennis courts, electric barbecues and guests gym. The clubhouse itself features The Legends Grill which serves tasty meals from breakfast right through to late supper, both indoors and from the verandah overlooking the 18th. The pro shop can assist with tee times and golfing equipment. Golf tuition is also available at The Vintage.

The house was amazing, kangaroos hopping in your backyard - beautiful set up and design and very spacious house with everything you need. I loved the outdoor deck and seating area the best. What a beautiful experience.

I stayed with a group of adults and we had a wonderful experience. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosy. Just a short walk to the nearby restaurant/bar plus pool and tennis court. Not to mention the wonderful view over the golf course. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
This house is fabulous for a family trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a great size and the house is spacious and incredibly well equipped.

We took our overseas visitors to the Hunter & our stay couldnt have been more perfect. The home is lovely, clean and had everything you may need. Lisa was easy to contact and location is great a 2min walk to the Nineteen Bistro. Will definitley reccommend. Thank you

What a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything we needed. Lovely outlook at we had breakfast on the deck. Great to see some good and not so good golf. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

The house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people (2 people will need to sleep in slightly smaller single beds but should be able to accommodate the average adult).
The location is great, right next to a few cafes and restaurants. The backyard has a great view of the golf course & greenery nearby.
Gym, pool & tennis court access is included for the stay which was great.
