"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

Deux heures s'écoulent avant de joindre un responsable qui nous confirme la fermeture de celui-ci et nous invite à aller voir ailleurs.
