Excellent, all the attentions in this lodging mainly all the help of the young Cuban woman who attended us, as well as the manager in charge of reception and the hotel. I recommend you 100% and very grateful to you for everything.

For the first Night they located us to room, which was really bad and totally downgrade compared to what we had reserved. Be careful with them! They did not even bother to say sorry or explain anything . They clearly does not respect paying customers

This isn't a real hotel; it's a hostel. There is no actual reception service; they just leave the keys somewhere and send you videos so you can find the room on your own at any time—everything is handled via WhatsApp. The rooms are shared with other people, and the communal kitchen is so tiny that you end up bumping into each other. Furthermore, the host doesn't speak English, only Italian. There is a dirty, mold-infested room in the basement with dangerous electrical wiring. I do not recommend this place at all. Non è un vero hotel, ma un ostello. Non c'è un vero e proprio servizio di reception: lasciano semplicemente le chiavi da qualche parte e inviano dei video per permetterti di trovare la stanza autonomamente a qualsiasi ora; tutto viene gestito tramite WhatsApp. Le camere sono condivise con altre persone e la cucina comune è così piccola che si finisce per scontrarsi continuamente. Inoltre, il gestore non parla inglese, ma solo italiano. C'è una stanza sporca e piena di muffa nel seminterrato, con un impianto elettrico pericoloso. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto.
