TD Casa Marevino Seaside Terrace w/Panoramic View

In charming Polignano a Mare, Casa Marevino is a lovely flat, just outside the historic centre. You will love its location, slightly off-centre,  just a few metres from a large car park, but most of all you will appreciate its sea view!
An independent doorway leads to the first floor reachable through a flight of stairs, with two bedrooms, the master bedroom very bright, with tuff vaulted ceilings and a sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a bathroom with a large shower serving the two. Upstairs, through a further flight of stairs you access the kitchen also with wonderful sea view, equipped with every comfort. Bathroom with shower. Access to the private terrace with kitchen, barbecue and a large table for outdoor dining with a view of the typical local lanes. A staircase leads to the second small terrace with a wide view of the sea, equipped with comfortable chaise longues, where you can admire the colours of Polignano a Mare's unique sunsets.
In just 3 minutes walking, you will reach the centre, where you can find several l restaurants serving typical cuisine, ice-cream shops and boutiques . Casa Marevino is 5 minutes from Monopoli, 10 minutes from Castellana Grotte, 30 minutes from Bari, important for its airport, but also for its authentic historic centre.  
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.
The apartment does not have private parking. You can park in the nearby streets. White lines indicate  free parking , while blue lines indicate  paid parking

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
1. Check in from 4:00 pm until 8pm .
A surcharge of 100,00 € is required from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
4. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
5. At check-in time you will have to pay the Polignano a Mare tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
6. Extra linen: 25,00 € per person.
7. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
8. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
9. If the customer does not dispose of the garbage upon departure, an additional cost of € 200.00 will be charged.
10. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner.
