TD Palazzo Fiume 1 – Heart of Polignano

Palazzo Fiume 1 is located on the first floor of an elegant noble building with an exclusive view of Piazza Aldo Moro, in the heart of Polignano a Mare.
Access to the property is through an impressive door that leads to the entrance hall, shared with a second apartment. Here you will find the elevator and a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine. To reach the apartment you can use the elevator or climb two flights of stairs to the first floor.
The entire house is on one level. The entrance opens onto a cozy living area, embellished with original cement floors and high vaulted vaults, furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, creating an elegant and relaxing environment.
The living room leads to a large and bright kitchen, fully equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen has a large dining table with chairs and a small balcony that overlooks the quiet private communal garden.
The living area is completed by a bathroom with a hot tub ideal for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation.
Through a corridor you reach the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms. The first is furnished with two single beds, the second has a double bed, while the third is a bright master bedroom with a four-poster bed, an elegant private bathroom with a large shower and a small balcony overlooking Piazza Aldo Moro.
Thanks to its privileged location, Palazzo Fiume 1 allows you to easily walk to the historic center of Polignano a Mare, with its characteristic restaurants serving typical cuisine, places where you can enjoy excellent drinks, boutiques and souvenir shops. In the immediate vicinity there are also supermarkets, pharmacies and all the main services.
The property is also an ideal starting point for exploring Puglia's main attractions. A few kilometers away are Monopoli with its fascinating historic center on the sea, Castellana Grotte, Ostuni, Alberobello and many other renowned places in the region.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
