Apt. Meraviglioso is a ground floor apartment located in Residence Cala Paura in Polignano a Mare. The residence is located about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno and 50 m from the beach of Cala Paura, from which it takes its name. The house can accommodate up to 4 people, it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and private parking (particularly suitable for those arriving by car).



The apartment consists of a living room with dining table, sofa bed and kitchen with electric hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and sink in steel, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower box and washing machine. There is also a small outdoor area with a table and chairs. The house is at few steps from the sea of Cala Paura.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
