"My trip here occurred during Easter weekend so definitely a busy time. The hotel was wonderful and the staff pleasant to deal with starting with valet outside. Very lovely hotel - crisp, clean, with luxury that's not over the top. My one concern is that, being downtown, this is a noisy area but the soundproofing whether the windows or walls need work. At night there would be loud hangouts on the top level of the parking garage across the street and you could REALLY hear it from inside my room. The room had windows facing this area so I wasn't surprised to hear something, even sirens once, but the amount of noise coming through surprised me. "

"The staff are amazing. The Hotel is in a perfect area, not far from downtown Lakeland. The room is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. "

"The room was perfect for us. It was very clean. It had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. Our only thing that we would have preferred was a bit better mattress. It didn’t support two people real well in my opinion. Still a 5 star place. Would book it again if we are in the area. "

The hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with, and the house worked perfectly for our family in a great location.We loved being able to walk to the art museum, grab pizza at Pizza Odyssey, and take some beautiful walks around Lake Morton (lots of swan photos!). Everything was just as advertised.Bonus: slow mornings with coffee and Sinatra on the record player were a nice touch.We’d definitely stay here again!"
