"Amazing property and beautiful town"

"We love the surroundings. The staff was great. The place was clean and well organized. The room was a little small and we could hear our neighbors talking and their footsteps. The bed didn't have a bed sheet. It had a comforter over it. We questioned if the cover of the comforter was washed, although it looked clean. The breakfast was ok. My wife didn't like it. Overall, it was a good stay, but we wouldn't go back. "

"The hot tub malfunctioned and had an electrical fire while we were in it. We left a phone message with the number listed for the property manager. A hot tub technician showed up and looked at it. We did not receive any follow up communication, compensation, or apology. The only reason we rent this place is the hot tub. "

"Great room with a simple 2 minute walk to huffs restaurant and just a few more minutes and you are casting a line in the lake! Awesome view of Lake Shasta !!! The room is comfy cozy and the heater worked fine👍"
