A wonderful villa that is well maintained and cared for

A great villa in a peaceful, secure location. We were impressed by its cleanliness, comfortable beds and storage. The pool was wonderful and the villa felt very spacious. Dream Villas were great at communicating with us before and during our stay (including when there was a weather warning). Thank you for looking after us so well. A few more oven dishes /trays that can be used in the oven for food. Nothing else though

Pollenca Holiday

Had a lovely time in this villa. It was very peaceful. We spent the majority of our time outdoors, around the pool, making use of the different seating arrangements and having an outdoor kitchen and barbeque were great too. The air conditioning inside was essential for the fabulous weather we had. It was good to have a change of towels and sheets during our stay. The villa was a great base to explore the surrounding areas, a car being essential. We enjoyed visiting Port de Pollenca, Pollenca, Alcudia, Lluc Monastery including the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Formentor and Soller / Port de Soller. Also enjoyed cycling similar areas, the villa being a good base, including the infamous climbs to Cap de Formentor and Sa Calobra

Wunderschöne Finca in super Lage

Die Lage der Finca ist sehr gut, egal ob man einen Strandtag machen möchte, wandern möchte oder sich Orte ansehen möchte. Sie ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr nett gestaltet, viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Outdoorküche ist mit allem ausgestattet, so dass man nicht jedes Mal ins Haus gehen muss. Der Pool ist traumhaft und auch die Liegen bequem. Alles in allem ist ein sehr schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt möglich. Gerne wieder. Es wäre schön wenn es ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele gäbe. Ein Mückenschutz vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern wäre schön.

Sch&oumlne gro&szlige Villa in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa liegt ruhig l&aumlndlich genau zwischen Pollensa und Alcudia ,( jeweils 15 min per Auto). Au&szligenbereich und auch innen erschien es noch ger&aumlumiger als auf den Fotos . Es handelt sich um ein &aumlu&szligerst gepflegtes liebevoll dekoriertes Anwesen. Der Pool top sauber . Im Au&szligenbereich gibt es eine ger&aumlumige Au&szligenk&uumlche. ( Innen auch eine ) Durch die gelesenen Bewertungen hatten wir M&uumlckenspray dabei , es war aber auch eine Dose vorhanden. Es hatte aber nichts mit dem Anwesen zu tun , sondern eben mit der Lage N&aumlhe Meer und Fl&uumlsse. Bei Ankunft fanden wir ein gro&szliges Wasser vor und kleine ' Notfall Gew&uumlrze ' sowie auch Shampoo und Seife. Es gibt zwei gro&szlige Badezimmer ( 2 Duschen , 1 Badewanne) Auch im Au&szligenbereich gibt es noch ein WC mit Dusche . Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, sehr gro&szlige Betten , die Matratze etwas h&aumlrter, aber ich konnte super schlafen obwohl ich da durchaus Prinzessin auf der Erbse bin . Es gab keinen Krach ( kein n&aumlchtliches Hundegeb&aumlll ) . F&uumlr uns war es top , wir w&uumlrden die Villa wieder buchen . Wir fanden den Service schon vor der Reise sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Der einzige Vorschlag ist vielleicht eine kurze Information wann die freundliche Dame zum Handtuch wechseln erscheint, sie kam nach drei Nächten, ich stand gerade unter der Dusche 🤣 Aber auch das war letztlich nicht schlimm.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Dream Villas hatte für eine Erstausstattung mit einer Gallone Wasser, kleine Salz und Zuckertütchen, Tee und Kaffeekapseln sowie weiteren gut nutzbaren Kleinigkeiten gesorgt. Einfach toll! Wir wurden ab der Buchung sehr gut und professionell betreut. Über Dream Villas zu buchen ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Wenn das Haus noch Moskitonetze hätte, gäbe es absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

So schön, dass man am liebsten bleiben würde

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit großzügiger Gartenanlage in ruhiger und sicherer Lage. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Einladender Pool, die große Terrasse mit Liegen bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Zusätzlich gibt es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische auf der Terrasse – ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten im Freien oder gemütliche Abende. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch: die zusätzliche, komplett eingerichtete Außenküche mit Grill und sogar einer Spülmaschine – ebenso wie im Haus selbst. Die Klimaanlage sorgt im Sommer für angenehme Kühle und kann an kühleren Tagen auch zum Heizen genutzt werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm – freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit schneller Rückmeldung auf alle Fragen. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Finca für 6 Personen

Wir waren 1 Woche mit Freunden in der Villa ca na Francesca. Sehr gepflegte Finca, die tolle Aussenküche, viele Sitzgruppen, Tischtennis, fantastischer Garten mit 2,15 m tiefen Pool. Viel Ruhe und ideal für Familie, Freunde, nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Louis hat sich prompt vor Ort um unser Anliegen gekümmert, Danke für die gute Betreuung sowie Handtuchwechsel. Die Finca war schwer zu finden, wir haben uns mehrfach verfahren. Es war auf der Website nicht zu erkennen, dass das 3. Bad nicht im Haus, sondern outside nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen ist, auch das Interior ist mehr eine Abstellkammer für Waschmaschine und Putzutensilien. Die Spülmaschinen haben nicht gut gereinigt, wir haben per Hand gespült.

Sauwohlfühl Finka

Wundervoll unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check-In/-Out. Alles tiptop sauber und das Handtücher bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt einmal gewechselt werden, hab ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Diese Finka hat mich echt positiv überrascht. Das kleine Empfangspaket, mit Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Geschirrspühltapps und noch anderen nützlichen Kleinigkeiten ist eine tolle Idee! Ich habe noch nie eine komplette Anlage gemietet, daher kann ich den Preis nicht endgültig beurteilen, aber ich fand das angemessen und nicht überzogen. Da die Umwälzpumpe im Pool sowieso läuft, könnte man EINE Solartherme zwischenschalten. Das Wasser war doch sehr frisch und kälter als das Meerwasser. Ich habe erstmal alle Küchenmesser geschärft. Aber jetzt suchen wir schon das Haar in der Suppe.

Tolle Finca in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es gab dort alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben: eine tolle Außenküche mit Holzkohlengrill, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus, einen großen Pool, schöne Zimmer, ein gepflegtes Außengelände... Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich - Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Gerne wieder! Eine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine wäre gut gewesen.

Der Außenbereich ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub: Pool mit Liegen, Tischtennisplatte, großzügige Verandas und eine gut ausgestattete Sommerküche mit Grill. Ein, zwei zusätzliche Schneidebretter in der Küche wären toll.
