"The host was excellent and very responsive to a couple of issues that arose. The pool is wonderful and great for kids. If the house were updated and some minor renovations carried out this would be an amazing villa. However the house is not as bright and airy as the photographs show and when we arrived it had a musty feel to it. "Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. "The villa is great, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The town is beautiful and peaceful, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. The pool is indoors, which was great from safety perspective (we were able to close the doors and restrict our toddler’s access). It’s a bit cold for kids though (around 24 degrees C)"
