"Its amazing how absolutly every staff has got a friendly welcoming face. Room was clean with a wonderful view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plently of options. Perfect place for children too. Beach is right behind the property. "

"Clean rooms and all areas. Perfect location at the Beach. Nice personnel (however bar personnel constantly were puting ice to the juices/drinks although being asked every time not to do it). Very tasty food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft beef, veal, lamb leg stew made to perfection - 5 stars. What was only missing - no crepes available for kids in the morning. Lack of healthy fruits in the snack bars. Overall - positive opinion. "

"We had a nice stay overall, especially as a family with children. The heated pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The location is also a big advantage, with very easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the children’s activity programme. The staff member in charge was very enthusiastic and engaged well with the kids, which made a great impression on us. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the towels also had an odour, which affected our experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for families, but some improvements in cleanliness would make the stay much better."

"1. The Bonavida Pines building is, at best, a 2.5-star property—not the advertised 4-star standard. We booked this hotel based on photos of Bonavida Palms; had we seen the actual images of Pines, we would not have chosen to stay here. This is clearly misleading. 2. There is no view at all—the “partial sea view” claim is simply untrue. 3. The bathroom sink has had a foul smell since we arrived. 4. The kitchen hob takes around 20 minutes to heat up, which is unacceptable. 5. We feel obliged to share this experience publicly so others can avoid being misled in the same way."

"Feeling a bit tired, but has plenty of space and all the basics. Breakfast fine, but slightly limited options, we went for half board for ease and it being out of season so local options less plentiful. Dinner was just fine, couple of options, let down slightly by cold plates and food on not particularly hot hotplates, so if you didn’t get it within a couple of minutes of being fresh out, it was definitely a bit tepid, but for the price, absolute bargain."

"The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!"

"The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded."
