"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit direkter Nähe zum Strand. Es gibt keine Animation, was wir gut fanden. So kann man wirklich in aller Ruhe entspannen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön und werden regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Einfach traumhaft. Zufuß ist man schnell im Ort. "Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten unsere Sachen auch schon vor der vereinbarten Zeit ablegen.Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts (gibt auch genug Geschirr und sonstige Küchen-Utensilien). Diverse Bücher, Spiele und Spielkarten waren auch vorhanden und haben wir gern genutzt. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, was bei 35C dann doch sehr angenehm war.Im Außenbereich gibt es viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Unser Favorit war die Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Blick Richtung Pollenca und auf die Berge der Tramuntana. Auch hier alles sehr hübsch eingerichtet und gepflegt. Danke auch, dass wir ein paar reife Kaktusfeigen ernten durften!Was man noch erwähnen könnte: auch Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden und dürfen genutzt werden. Die Waschmaschine war recht neu und haben wir gern genutzt. Einen Trockner gab es auch, den haben wir aber nicht benötigt.Zur Umgebung: in der Nähe gibt es einen Stein- und einen Sandstrand. Wir sind aber meist zum Strand nach Alcúdia gefahren, da dieser am Nachmittag schön schattig war. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein paar Bars uns Restaurants sind auch in Laufweite. Man ist aber auch in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt von Alcúdia. Alles gut erreichbar.Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Sowohl für Familien mit Kindern als auch ohne. Danke!"

"Louise was an amazing host and the villa is lovely. Our kids loved the pool, the kitchen is very well equipped and we’d much welcome air con throughout the villa. Very close to some good restaurants and bars. Beautiful views. Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to emergency hospitalization of one of our party and Louise was the most generous and gracious host we could have asked for. Thanks to Lisa too for getting a shop in for us before arriving, really appreciated Thanks very much Louise for a lovely stay xxx"

"My friend and I had a five-night stay here and were absolutely blown away. We originally booked a standard room but were later upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect. That being said, I’m sure we would have had an equally fantastic stay in our originally booked room. We spent most of our days by the pool, and every day was so pleasant. The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Carmen, who we became very friendly with during our stay. She was so lovely and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for local food spots. Our room was beautiful and cleaned immaculately every day. We also had lunch by the pool on two occasions and were really impressed with the food. We are genuinely so sad to be home and would absolutely love to return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"Casa del Sol was perfect! Anke is a wonderfully attentive host who made this holiday straightforward.We stayed with my parents and our two children (11 & 13). First impression from everyone was "wow"! The villa is beautifully furnished, set in spacious, well kept grounds and the area is peaceful. On further inspection, the villa is well equipped with all the accessories you could possibly need. We spent significant time at the villa, enjoying days by the pool, meals on the veranda, and the occasional movie night in the well appointed living space. A point to note for people with smaller children is the pool is not fenced off and is a consistent depth of about 1.5m. Not an issue for us as our children were older, competent swimmers who spent all hours in the pool!All the rooms are independently air conditioned which is brilliant to deal with mixed requirements from different people.The villa is based in a quiet residential area and is not overlooked. It was beautifully quiet at all times. At the bottom of the hill is a rocky beach where the kids enjoyed jumping into the sea. A bit further along the cost is a sandy beach with crystal clear waters which we enjoyed. We opted to drive the kids down, but this is readily walkable in 20 mins. There's a small shop and bar/restaurant (5 Oceans) near the harbour where we enjoyed some lovely food. Frau Dahl was available at check in and out and was lovely and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thanks Anke!"
