"Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity."

"We loved our stay at the villa, its a really nice place, very relaxing and a short distance from the beaches and mountains. The air conditioning in the bedrooms could be improved and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, plus a few more essentials would have been nice to have. But overall a very pleasant experience, the communication was fantastic, questions answered usually within minutes. We would love to come back one day!"

"Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. "Amazing hotel! The property is located on a 2.5 mile boardwalk. The hotel is more on the north side of the boardwalk which in turn is quieter there. They have a beautiful breakfast buffet in the morning with an assortment of foods. The beach is right across the street. There are plenty of lounge chairs if you wish to rent. It’s nice that you don’t have to drive to the beach and get sand in the rental car. I just grabbed the towel and went across the street for a swim and left my key card with the hotel staff so I didn’t take any valuables with me. The views from my hotel room were beautiful! You will not be disappointed if you stay here."

"Room was nice however clearly designed by a man as nowhere to hang dresses & limited space so bit of a struggle if you’re a girl who likes her clothes. Facilities, location, and ease of check in excellent as were most of the staff, only exception was the day they ran out of towels which guess was teething problems given newly opened. None of this deflected from a fabulous stay and would definitely return a wonderful asset to puerto pollensa can’t wait to visit again."

"Lovely large room with a separate lounge area and balcony. Room was serviced daily and the property was clean throughout. Only minor issue was with the WiFi which was very slow and intermittent. "It was our second visit to this Hotel, and we loved almost everything about it - especially the breakfast, and the Bar - both excellent. The only 'fly in the ointment' was the UK TV reception. We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! There are basically three English TV programs available (BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News) - all three of these stations were horribly pixelated about 50% of the time, making then almost unwatchable. We drew the Reception's attention to this three times during our stay, and each time they did try to effect some improvement, the third time getting out an aerial expert to (I think) realign the satellite dish. This helped a little, but it returned to the same problem within a day or two. Then we gave up. I think they really need to get some new equipment, which is actually up to the job! Sorry Hotel Daina, we loved everything else, but the TV was soo frustrating!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food and drinks was very good. The restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service. Our only criticism was that our initial room (401) was extremely small and not what we expected. However, after speaking with reception, we were moved to room 405, which was much more comfortable and made a significant difference to our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location with excellent staff, and we would happily return."

"Great find. Location was excellent, central, 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants, 7 minute walk to beach. Quiet at night, great bed and best air-con ever, effective and quiet. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Best breakfast ever, table service and served outside on side of plaza. Beautiful rooftop terrace with plunge pool, no problem getting a sunbeds."
