This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Spain. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and the service was excellent.The grounds were beautiful and room was spacious and clean. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Quiet location but close to the beaches. Just beside a bus stop for travel to Pollensa etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food at breakfast and supper - we paid for halfboard which was good value.

What a lovely, relatively small hotel with a fabulous pool area and incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Really pleased we chose this traditional style hotel rather than one of the huge hotels on the front of the resort.. what we lost in Seaview was gained with the quality and ambience of the entire Hotel. And the four beaches were still all within easy walking distance. We stayed in the annex which we actually liked as it was quiet and duplex, but there are no lifts and quite a number of stairs down, so perhaps an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Also very little in terms of view but pleasant enough, with a balcony overlooking a quiet square. Special commendation and thanks for all the members of staff we met. They were all genuinely friendly and caring and extremely efficient. Hotel was squeaky clean too. My only gripe was not having a proper fridge in the room, despite having a fridge sized ambient cooler. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Cala San Vincent is a small but lovely resort area, with beautiful waters and some good walking in the immediate vicinity. The beaches are all varied but with lovely crystal clear water, but they do get very crowded in high season - still packed in early September. A regular bus service to Pollenca and Port Pollenca but actually a number of good to very good restaurants within the resort.

A lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We have now visited 8 times so that speaks for itself. The village is small and safe. This time we ate at the hotel which is excellent but there are lovely restaurants close by too. The bus stops outside the hotel so it’s easy to visit nearby pollenca or port de Pollenca. We will be back soon!

Great hotel with nice people and service

Great hotel with super service level and an outstanding breakfast. It is certainly a quiet hotel, but also in a small and not very vibrant city/village. Only a few restaurants, so here you need to go the Port de Pollensa. Forunately there is a busstop 30 meters from the hotel and takes 12 min. There is no bus returning after 11 pm. Seaview from the "seaview" rooms (at least ours) were minimal.

Gorgeous location in a secluded area. Best suited to Senior tour groups. expect a 100 euro ride one way to reach the facility. Those with mobility problems or disabilities should choose more locally situated accommodations. As a person with such issues, I fell up the entrance stairs and was met with placation and little concern, and challenge regarding my status. needless to say I left early. after a few days on the phone I was refunded the unused nights. A nasty situation that could have been avoided day one.

Absolute gem.

This is a wonderful hotel set back from the very busy beach front in a beautiful garden setting centered around a lovely pool. The staff are all incredible. Friendly and professional. We were offered a lovely upgrade which was fabulous. If I am to comment on one negative it’s that hotel guests do not respect the sign to “shower” before dipping into the pool! Showers are provided but clearly ignored and management should find a way to get the message through. Food is delicious, garden is spectacular and our suite was large and beautifully furnished. Will definitly return.

This is a lovely hotel. Quiet and beautifully clean. They offer good dining options but equally happy to book reservations elsewhere. The buses go from right outside to pollenca and port pollenca so there’s lots of choice about what to do for shopping and eating out etc. this is my 5th stay and I look forward. To returning soon!

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer recht groß. Innen- und Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für die Preiskategorie etwas wenig abwechslungsreich und was aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit geändert werden könnte wäre der Verzicht auf Minipackungen.

Simply excellent

This hotel deserves all the 5 star reviews it gets. All the staff are both friendly and efficient, our (Superior Double) room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool, pool area was excellent with towels and beds aplenty, lunchtime food was excellent(we didn't dine in the evening), great house wine, location only a few minutes walk from all 3 beaches. Highly recommended. The only thing we could think of that we didn't really like was the paint colour of the outside of the hotel !!
