Villa El Coste Felip is a charming stone villa located just 1.5 km from the picturesque old town of Pollensa, offering an idyllic setting under the radiant sun of Mallorca. From its location, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the countryside and virgin mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for perfect holidays.The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms: a double room and two single-bed rooms, which makes it ideal for groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Additionally, it has two bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy to all guests.One of the villa's jewels is its outdoor area, where a private pool can be found, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The covered barbecue is another of its charms, offering an ideal space to enjoy the best outdoor meals. The covered terrace with a dining table is the perfect place to share dinners as night falls, while contemplating the spectacular views of the Pollensa mountains.With a rustic interior decoration that highlights the local charm, the villa also has a perfect outdoor space to relax, read a good book or simply enjoy the tranquillity offered by the surroundings.Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property.
