This 3 bedroom villa has an inviting private pool and fresh, homely interiors. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Surrounded by lush Mallorcan countryside, Villa Martin is equidistant from Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Pollensa Old Town, all of which are 10 minutes’ drive away. Each of these resorts offer a choice of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as various historical and cultural attractions. Beach lovers will also be well catered for with Puerto Pollensa seafront just 5 minutes’ drive away.
Main pool: 8.35 x 4.35 mtr, 1 - 1.8 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
