Pegaso: with lake view balcony, pool and private garge

Pegaso apartment is very charming and at the same time modern. It was re-furnished in 2018 and it is 70 m2, with an amazing external area overlooking the lake. The apartment is made up of an ample balcony overlooking the lake and a shared pool with sun beds. On the balcony, you can have your meals and enjoy a calm location and an amazing lake view.

In addition, there is the living room together with the dining room and a glass window from which you can admire Lake Garda, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The apartment is situated in a new apartment complex (with only 10 apartments) which is less than 1 km from the centre of Polpenazze del Garda, where you can find shops, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants and in 7 km you can reach also the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda.

In the car park underground, you can find a parking spot, a washing machine and some place for your bicycles. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Der Pool war angenehm warm und unsere Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage. In Summe eine perfekte Wohnung für unseren Urlaub zu viert.

Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung haben reibungslos funktioniert. Gute Informationsmappe bzw. Informationsaustausch mittels WhatsApp. Die Wohnung selbst entsprach den Ankündigungen und Erwartungen. Guter Allgemeinzustand, schöne Küche, tolle Terrasse. Küchenausstattung wäre in einigen Details verbesserbar. So fehlen zB Weingläser und Wasserkocher.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit top Aussicht

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Das Badezimmer und die Küche entsprechen einem hohen Standard und es ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag benötigt. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit grossem TV. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind ein Traum, wir konnten uns kaum satt sehen. Auch die Lage des Dorfes ist sehr zentral und perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Matratzen der Betten entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem hohen Standard der restlichen Möblierung (im Zimmer links viel zu hart). Das ist sehr schade, denn man möchte ja in den Ferien mindestens so gut wie zu Hause schlafen und sich erholen können. Das ist aber in diesem Bett definitiv nicht möglich.
