"Didn’t get the room we had reserved. Reservation was a king suite but got 2 queen instead. Room didn’t smell clean, curtains didn’t close properly (main floor room), no chair to sit except old office chair which leaned forward! No coffee maker but breakfast was good and our bed was clean. The front desk area was very messy when we checked in! Morning staff were pleasant and next evening too. "

"The room was okay. It was just that ice scheduled my stay almost 2 months in advance and I had to wait almost 3 hours. Just to get in it there was dope needles in the parking lot Nells are sticking out of the floor as you walked into your room Will not suggest a hotel for kids"

"Never got to stay there. Went on Expedia and adjusted dates. Made the reservation that reverted to the next day. Arrived at hotel and I was told it was for the next day. Not the first time but will be my last! No refund, no option for same rate for a night. Then I keep getting offers to review my stay and use of the airport shuttle. I did not use either. I feel scammed as it sounds like someone stayed there. I will not be using Expedia."

"The room was spacious and looked/smelled wonderfully clean! The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful! Plenty of parking, loved the guest laundry facilities. Much cheaper than a laundromat! Great place for extended stays!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and sink were short so it made us feel tall. The hotel was quiet which we appreciated. It is within walking distance to great restaurants. We would stay again. "

"Good breakfast option. Nice pool area. Rooms were clean but the bed squeaked. Also pretty noisy."

"Well both hot tubs were broke. You have to pay $5 per child for the slide. There was no breakfast meat of any kind, nor any sausage in the biscuits an gravel, the scrambled eggs were in a pool of water in the pan. We rented a queen suite wi a couch , however when we pulled the bed out of it to use the matress had several blood stains. Would not recommend."
