"Had quite a few problems with the room, including a dirty floor, sub-standard bathroom, and a front staff that, when I had called about issues of needing a towel and trash clean on the third day of my stay, the answer was always “we’re short staffed and backed up”…..I don’t think travelers really want to hear that"

"The room smelled strongly of BO & cooking, and it did not go away even after trying to air it out for several hours. The bathroom was dirty with beard trimmings from the previous person. No amenities as well apart from a tiny soap, and shower gel. No tissues, no cups, nothing. Not worth the price paid. "

"This is a new hotel, so very clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly at check in and check out and the breakfast staff was also friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the interstate. It also sits next to a steak restaurant that was delicious and reasonable, but go before 6 so you don't have to wait! Also, close to the zoo and baseball fields, but is a little outside of town, but it was a quiet area. The rooms are a little on the small side for a family, but we had a king size room so the queen rooms might be bigger. We definitely plan to stay again."

"This hotel was wonderful. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the pool and spa area was very clean and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book here again next time we need to be in Billings."
