"Megan was a great host from the very start! As soon as I inquired about the property she responded within a working day and I booked! Check in was a breeze and she was always checking in with me during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The location was 10 - 15 minutes away from everything we had planned for our weekend. And the property was more than enough room for our party of 15, lots of space to hangout and outside nature to enjoy! There was a lot more toiletries than expected and amenities for us to use! I am very pleased with our overall stay! Thanks Megan for helping make my 35th birthday trip amazing : )"

"Great stay for a 50th BDay weekend. House and grounds spacious, there were 7 of us that fit comfortably. Very cute modern-farmhouse decor. Hot tub was AWESOME! Would recommend. "

"The house was beautiful with great views and we loved the location. However, we were very disturbed by the conditions of the chicken coop on the property. There was a dead hen and the two living chickens did not have food in their bowls and were out of water with their water source disconnected. Luckily we were able to feed them as there was chicken feed and water on the property. One of the rooms had dirty sheets with hair and dead bugs on them and the hot tub heating took 8 hours to warm up. The host was responsive but we want to ensure these chickens are being taken care of and rehomed if needed!"

"Lovely, large home that easily accommodated our group. We appreciated the quiet, yet central location of the home as well as the comfortable and plentiful common spaces. We hope to come back again soon!"

"Well maintained, cozy beds, great hot tub, clean, nice decor, many areas for cozy conversation, the children absolutely loved exploring the outside areas and picked a few pomegranates, kitchen had all that we needed, including linens / placemats / flower vases / blender / salad spinner / everything for baking / especially good coffee, view views views plus wildlife - overall inviting relaxing environment perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. Be aware that access to 5th bedroom (has twin beds) is through the 4th bedroom. So the top level of home is best for one large family as 5th bedroom is not so private. We enjoyed the Christmas celebration and the escape room at the Santa Margarita Ranch and bike riding - great pump track at the park in Los Robles. The house was really the best place to relax and enjoy our family. Peace and quiet neighborhood Thank you!"
